Issues With Facebook Apps

UPDATE: Dear friends of the Palace, you can reach all Palace games via Facebook again.

We resolved the issue with Facebook, and you can play and use the Facebook Login as usual again.

Of course, we received many messages from the game community in the past few days. We kindly ask that you be patient while we reply to each request separately. We are on it at full steam, and you will definitely receive an answer!

As mentioned in this post on the matter, we stopped any subscriptions running via Facebook in the affected games (Canasta Palace, Skat Palace, Mau Mau Palace).

Affected players (Canasta, Mau-Mau, Skat) receive the following compensation to absorb the passed time:

  • Everybody who played at the games via Facebook received 100 Chips each.
  • And out of those, everyone with a Premium Membership in the games during the affected time got the respective Premium Time credited to their player account.

If you don’t see your compensation yet, please log out of the game and back in again.

In case of any questions or uncertainty, please contact us via email at support@spiele-palast.de, including your affected player ID in the message.

Please note: Over the next few days, we will publish information on how you can continue to use your game account on one of our other platforms (e.g., in the browser without Facebook, on Android, iOS, Windows) if you wish to do so. We need to prepare this step thoroughly and will reach out to you about the topic here.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing problems with our apps on Facebook and the Facebook login. At the moment, that concerns Rummy Palace, Canasta Palace, Mau Mau Palace, and Skat Palace.

We are working on a solution and are in touch with Facebook so that you will hopefully soon be able to play all Palace Games smoothly via Facebook again.

    Hi – I have emailed you 3 times, requesting you convert my Facebook account to an email account, but no responses yet. How long until the Facebook issue is solved? I have purchased credits but can’t access them.

    You will likely ask me to email you at support@spiele-palast.de . I have done this already!

    I tried logging in with my google email account. It failed twice.

    I am a Premium sequence canaster player who was charged $ this week.
    But I have not been able to play for a week now.

    Please help.

    When will this problem be solved, lost all credits and stars Now logged in through email. Back to the start , lost 3 years of play. please transfer stars and credits if possible.
