Issues With Facebook Apps

UPDATE: You can reach the Rummy Palace via Facebook again!

We were able to resolve the issue with Facebook, and you can play Rummy and use the Facebook Login as usual again. Have fun and a good hand!

Of course, we received many messages from the game community in the past few days. We kindly ask that you be patient while we resolve the issues in the remaining games and reply to each request separately. We are on it at full steam, and you will definitely receive an answer!


Dear friends of the Palace,

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing problems with our apps on Facebook and the Facebook login. At the moment, that concerns Rummy Palace, Canasta Palace, Mau Mau Palace, and Skat Palace.

We are working on a solution and are in touch with Facebook so that you will hopefully soon be able to play all Palace Games smoothly via Facebook again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience.

    Try to fix it quickly? Do I proceed with the daily bonus (5 chips) or do I lose it and have to start with 3 chips again?

    I tried logging in with my google email account. It failed twice.

    I am a Premium sequence canaster player who was charged $ this week.
    But I have not been able to play for a week now.

    Hi – I have emailed you 3 times, requesting you convert my Facebook account to an email account, but no responses yet. How long until the Facebook issue is solved? I have purchased credits but can’t access them.
