Dear friends of the Palace,
Currently, we are unfortunately experiencing problems with our apps on Facebook. At the moment, that concerns Rummy Palace and Pinochle Palace.
We are working on a solution and are in touch with Facebook so that you will hopefully soon be able to play all Palace Games smoothly via Facebook again.
Of course, there will be a little compensation for all affected players.
To continue playing despite bugs with Facebook, you can contact us to convert your profile into a profile verified via e-mail instead.
Feel free to write us at support@palace-of-cards.com and mention your player ID in your e-mail. Please do not post this ID publicly here or on Facebook since unauthorized individuals might otherwise gain access to your profile!
After that, you can use your e-mail address and password to log in to the game. That way, you can play in your web browser when using a desktop device or use our mobile apps from the respective store. You can find us at the Appstore, Google Playstore, and the Huawei AppGallery.
