    Hello Maria,

I’m really sorry you had an unpleasant experience in our game. Could you send me the table number or a round number of the game you played to support@spiele-palast.de? Then we have a look into it.

    Best wishes

Hello, is there a way to post a message to encourage all players to be more polite and stop the verbal harrasment through their innapropiate words and lack of team spirit?

      Hello Cecilia,

Thank you for your message. I’m really sorry you had an unpleasant experience in our game. Could you send me the table number or a round number of the game you played? You may find the number in “My Profile” in your “Statistics”. In addition, you can us also write anytime under support@spiele-palast.de.

As for the players who do not know or care how to behave in the Internet, if you come across one of those again, you can add them to your Igno-List. Click on the player and in their profile window choose “Ignore”, so that their comments will no longer be shown in the chat. (They will, however, still be able to read your comments.) If you have a premium-membership, an ignored player can no longer join a table that you have picked or created.

If you do not want to read any chat at all, you can deactivate that communication tool completely under preferences.

You can also use our in-game report function to report misbehaving players to us. Please click “Report” in their profile window. All reports are collected, so when a player appears to misbehave quite a few times, we will take steps against him oder her, without you having to write an E-mail to us.

      Best wishes
